E48-32 is DStv's way of saying the decoder is not receiving a usable signal from the dish. On the False Bay coast, it usually comes down to a handful of causes.
Most common is a dish that has drifted out of alignment in the southeaster. Close behind are corroded LNBs and connectors, water that has crept into a poorly-sealed join, and cheap cabling that has degraded in the salt air.
We diagnose which it is, fix the root cause rather than just resetting the decoder, and re-seal everything so the error does not come back next season.
If the fault isn't a simple reset, our DStv signal repairs Fish Hoek team can trace and fix it on site, and if you're setting up a new decoder instead, our DStv installers in Fish Hoek are just a call away.
